Provision of License to run Modular Catering Stall at GMU(GENERAL)-Howrah Station, Old Complex /North Concourse/Modular Stall/Beside Water Booth/7 (Category - A1) for a period of Five years. The indicative License fee/Unit Rate mentioned for 1st year excluding Goods & services Tax (GST). The offer price quoted by the bidders will be treated as 1st year License fee (if accepted). There will be no escalation in second year & third year license fees. There will be 10% escalation in the fourth year's license fee. License fee for the fourth and fifth year will remain same.
