Back is made up of with Mesh upholstery in injection moulded frames with Moulded polyurethane foam used in making seat with moulded density 45plus or2 kg . Knob for lumber support is provided on back to adjust as per user having PU mpulded foam. Spine bracket should be made of M.S platemm 60 micron powder coating. Thickness connecting back with mechanism. moulded of 250 to 300 density fix in PP adjusoffice desk arm having unique shape. The mechanism of the office seat have following features 360 revolving type 3.5mm Thk CRCA seat plate with 4mm thk CRCA channel plate synchro Mechanism, Tilt tension adjusoffice desk, Single position locking, Plastic component inside the mechanism of GradeMI 3530 and Epoxy Powder coated 70 Microns with tested 1.2 lacs cycles as per BIFMA Standard The office seat have be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which have have stroke of 100or5 mm. The Base have be made of tubular CRC fabricated powder coated finish. It have be fitted withNos Twin wheel castor50 mm Diameter. The size of the base have be640or1 mm pitch centre diameter. Load test as per BIFMA compliance.
