Moulded polyurethane foam with Fire Retardant GradeFR used in making seat which have be moulded with density 45plus or2 kg . Back have be Upholstered with density 32plus or2 kg super soft block foam and fillling with polyurethane fiber. Stiching work done with well known German brand Aman or Gutarmen thread. Nylone and polyster thread used as per aplication. Spine bracket should be made of M.S platemm Thickness connecting back with mechanismSeatU Mould, Curved Back with 40 DC super soft Foam, High Veneear wooden arm pad mounted on vertical Alluminium Support, Knee tilt Synchro Mechanisam with any position back lock, wired hight adjustment knob, The five leg base have be made of Aluminum Pressure Die Casted mirror and Veneer finish cladding with moulded nylon lower cover. it have be fitted with60 mm Diameter twin wheel castor. The size of the base have be660plus or1 mm pitch centrediameter.
