Providing and fixing Concrete integrated Fabric CC-5 or similar on joints (Between two segments) of precast segments of RCC Boxes & Joints of retaining walls of LHS as per requirement to stop leakage through joints or to make it water proof in REJN - MD Section of WDFC.
Supplying, Providing, Laying & fixing 5 mm thick GCCM/Geosynthetic cementious composite mat as per ASTM D 8364 (Flexible concrete impregnated fabric that hardens when hydrated to form a thin, durable, water proof and fire-resistant concrete layer within 24 hrs. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site for i. On joints (between two segments) of precast segments inside/out side of the box of LHS including preparatory work i.e.grinding sealing of joints etc. as required. ii. Joints of Retaking walls as per requirement. The concrete canvas i.e. Concrete integrated Fabric CC-5 as per specification must be laid in proper way with all required fixtures & fastenings as complete job as per instructions and satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge with contractors own materials labour, tools, lead, lifts, T&P etc. The rates includes cost of material, transportation, installation, fixing, peging, curing, pre-installation preparation works, supervision, petty works involved as a complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid whatsoever. Note; Overlaping of 100 mm will be provided between two consecutive CC patches.
