Provar Anti Track resistance, insulation and protection coating. Type- Z 906 of Stanvac Make or equivalent. [As per specification : Provar Anti Track should be of tough GlossyEpoxy coating used for insulating Electrical Components, Ceramic and epoxy insulators, bus-bars, Bakelite sheets, junction box interiors, Cable, terminations etc. Class H highgloss, high dielectric strength, flexible tough epoxy anti-track coating with excellent resistance to abrasion, wear, oil, water, acids and alkalis. Restores IR values and preventsbreakdowns. It should have excellent adhesion, High Arc Resistance and resist abrasion and wear, will not chip, peel or become brittle. It should resist oil, water, acids andalkalis and should penetrate, coat and seal in one step. [1] Electric Strength 121 KV/mm [ 28 degree centigrade]. [2] Di-Electric strength 2KV/mil. [3] Resin System EpoxyEster. [4] Break Down Voltage [BDV] Greater than 5 KV with 0.05mm coating thickness. [5] Thermal Class H.
