Proposals invited for taking Residential Apartments on "Lease/Leave and License basis", Panaji
Description The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Panaji, Goa urgently requires 20 nos. residential apartments having carpet area (exclusive of balcony/ sleeping-out terrace, staircase, lift, lift/staircase lobby, common passages, service shafts, etc.) in the range of 94 - 105 sq. m., 105 - 116 sq. m. and 131 - 145 sq. m. on lease for its Officers in different Grades. The flats should be located in and around 7 to 8 km from the office situated at Patto, Panaji. All apartments should have minimum of 2BHK accommodation. The complex in which the apartments are situated should have at least one covered car-parking per flat.
