Climate Resilient Brahmaputra Integrated Flood and Riverbank Erosion Risk Management Project in Assam - CS-1 Project Implementation Support Consultant Deadline of Submitting EOI: 24-Apr-2023 11:59 PM Manila local time Estimated Commencement Date: 01-Sep-2023 Estimated Commencement Date: 9, 300, 000 USD Engagement Period: 72 MONTH Objective and Purpose of the Assignment The consulting services to be provided by the Project Implementation Support Consultant (PISC) firm will support FREMAA, WRD, and AADB to deliver the intended project goals. The PISC will work with and assist FREMAA, WRD and AADB for project management, capacity building, infrastructure development, sub project development for the second project/ additional financing project including all land acquisition and resettlement aspects, technology transfer and their long-term adoption, innovative studies and pilot's implementation to deliver the project outputs and outcome. The consulting team will be led by an international firm and comprise international and national experts. The PISC will be engaged in accordance with ADB's Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers: Goods, Works, Non-consulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time)
