II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES

The Data Banking of Property Offerings is a program of the Project and Investment Evaluation Division whereas the main objective of the activity is to undertake due diligence site validation/ocular inspection of prospective properties for investment to support the establishment of an updated databank of tourism investment areas in the Philippines.

III. PROCUREMENT REQUIREMENTS

The service provider shall meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be PHILGEPS registered
• Must be willing to provide services on a send bill arrangement
• Ground Handler and accommodation must be DOT-Accredited
