Description : NOTICE OF ELIGIBILITY AND SHORTLISTING

1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act 2020 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Services for the Development of the Planning and Monitoring Online System of the Department of Tourism. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Three Million Pesos (PhP3, 000, 000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2020-013 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

2. The Procuring Entity now invites bids to provide the following Consulting Services: to develop the Planning and Monitoring Online System (PMOS) which will help in monitoring the implementation of PAPs, as well as, submission of accomplishment reports. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
