Constr Uction Details: Material Polyster Staple Fibre, Fibre Content 100% Virgin Hollow Fibre Non Comp Ressed in the Form of Sheets. Identification of Fibre Hollowness will be as Per Is:667/81 (Reaffir Med 2008) each Pillow should be Stamped with Indian Railway Logo, Manufacturer Name, Trade M Ark, Month & Year of Manufacture in such a Fashion that it will not be Washed Away while Repe Ated Washing. Tolerance Limit for Product Size: Plus or Minus 2% and with Following Sampling and Testing Method : 1. Sampling Plan for Visual Inspection-Is 2500:2000 Part 1, Gil Ii, Aql 2.5 2. Sa Mpling Plan for Laboratory Testing- as Per is 745:2003 for Sampling Purpose Only. 3.Test Requirement and its Methods- I) Identification of Fibre and % Composition of Filling Material as Per Is:667/1981.
