TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. BIDDER : Service Provider (Printer)
II. PROJECT TITLE : PCSSD Best Dive Practices Handbook
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
i⤠Must be willing to provide services on send - bill arrangement;
i⤠Must be PHILGEPS registered;
i⤠Must be able to provide sample published handbooks;
i⤠Must include copy editing service;
i⤠Must adhere to the Department of Tourism-s branding guidelines in accordance to industry best practice.

IV. SCOPE OF WORK :
A service provider that will be in-charge of producing the following:

i⤠Printing
i⤠Binding: Saddle-stitched or Perfect binding
i⤠Quantity: 350 pcs.
i⤠Size: 5in. (width) x 7in. (length)
i⤠Cover:
-c Full-color print
-c Matte
-c At least 200 GSM
i⤠Inside pages:
-c At least 100 GSM
-c Full-color print
-c Both sides printed

V. BUDGET :
Total budget for this project is PhP 280, 000.00
