Operation of Railway's Flash Butt Welding Plant complete with all machines and plants and infrastructure at Gonda (U.P.)/ N.E. Railway, for carrying out Flash Butt Welding work of new and second hand rails of various section as per the Railway's requirement to convert single rails in to 3/ 5/ 10/ 20 rail welded panels including loading/ unloading/ handling of rails/ rail panels and maintenance of equipment other than main welding machines for a period of 36 (Thirty six) months with contractor's own supervisors, artisans, labors, tools and plants, spares and consumable etc.
Carrying out Flash Butt welding of 60Kg/52Kg new and second hand rails as per Railway's requirement to convert single rail [26 m length mostly and shorter rails] rake into 3/ 5/ 10/ 20 rail welded panels with Railway's welding machine and other ancillary machines and infrastructures by the contractor's own supervisors, artisans, labour, tools, plants, spares & consumable such as oils, lubricants, grinding stones etc. including repairs and maintenance of all the machines, plants, Conveyor system and other assets handed over to the contractor as per scope of work, special conditions and specifications described herein.
