Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Onsite IT Support Services to WBG (IBRD & IFC) offices in New Delhi and Mumbai. Providing Onsite IT Support Services at Customer Location. Firms should have Experience in Providing Onsite IT Services Such as Hardware Support, Software Support, Remote Access Support, Communication Links, Presentation & Workshop, Videoconferencing & Teleconferencing, Collaborations Tools - Onedrive, Ms Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint and Data Recovery. MANDATORY CRITERIA 1. Vendor must have successfully and continuously been engaged in providing IT Support services to commercial and business facilities in New Delhi and Mumbai (preferably with international / diplomatic organizations) similar to those required in this REI over the last three (3) years. Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration is required. 2. Vendor shall have revenues of at least INR 100 crores during each of the prior two (2) years and has been operating in a positive position in at least one of the two years. Copy of latest two years certified financial statements highlighting the revenue and profit figures. 3. Vendor shall have all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate in the line of business offered in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the jurisdiction wherein it is providing services. Copy of Memorandum of Association required. 4. Vendor shall have an office in New Delhi & Mumbai and IT support infrastructure at Patna, India. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250, 000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
