Auction Detail: The intending Bidder should fill rates (in Rs.) as per items and submit through GeM Portal notification within 10days from date of Tender Publish (10:00AM) to (06:00PM) along with the following documents compulsorily attached. The valid copy of ID proof, (Self attested copy of Ration card/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card etc.) Copy of GST Registration No. / Trade License, if any Copy of PAN Card. No tenders shall be accepted /entertained without earnest money deposit (EMD). The bidder will quote price (per items) with price + GST applicable and all the tax liability will be on bidder. The material is offered for disposal/ delivery is available at these locations i.e. “ARDC Khagrabari & FSD Baburhat”. The bidders may inspect the materials on any working day between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM. For any query regarding visit, the bidders may contact below mentioned number. No complaint whatever will be entertained after the tenders are submitted or before or after the materials are lifted. Time period of depositing of balance amount is not extendable.
