The PAO provides for the Conference Program and Audiovisual Services Group which strives to provide state-of-the-art venues and services that advance NIST research priorities and achievements.***** Sole source determination is based on the need to acquire audio visual equipment and support, and conference room space at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center to accommodate NIST`s Annual Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Security Rule Conference, previously selected and contracted by the Federal Business Council. The Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P., dba Washington Marriot at Metro Center is the sole provider for these services.*****The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110.****** A determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
