2.6 Subject and scope of the contract : The overall goal of the Culture for Development project in North Macedonia is that the independent, diverse and inclusive culture sector shapes and safeguards democratic values, promotes inclusive societal changes and social cohesion. The project will address the lack of stability and predictability of the independent cultural scene, through institutional and project grants as well as complementary support for research-based advocacy for policy changes, with the aim that the independent cultural scene is more strategic and financially more stable.
