Flight Inspection Unit (FIU), Airports Authority of India imported aircraft parts on “Material Exchange Basis”, which are supplied first (on an invoice value, which is subject to revision after inspectionof returned unserviceable parts) to make the aircraft serviceable and unserviceable part(s) are returned afterward. The final price is subject to inspection of returned un-serviceable aircraft parts bythe supplier and credit / Supplementary Invoice is issued by supplier, as per requirement.These aircraft parts were Custom cleared through BE No. 2700812 and 3086820. The final price of aircraft parts is revised through supplementary invoice. The difference of IGST/ Customs duty andany other charges payable to Customs, due to Revision / amendment of Bill of Entries shall be paid by AAI on receipt of approval for Revision / Amendment of BE. However, CHA shall be responsiblefor its submission / intimation to Customs
