SW-II: Through Complete track renewal of existing 52Kg rails on PSC6 Sleepers/1540 density with new 60Kg R260 Rails on Wider base sleeper/1660 density for a length of 2.30 Kms. SW-III: TTR-Through turn out renewal of existing 52Kg/60Kg switches, lead rails and crossings on running lines with new 60Kg thick web switches, lead rails, CMS/WCMSC along with sleepers for a total of 15 sets. (FS+TWS+CMSC: 1 in 8.5- 5 sets, 1 in 12-9 Sets, 1 in 16-1 Set). SW-IV: Renewal of Switch Expansion joints with new thick web SEJs for a total of 11 sets. SW-V: TFR(All)- Through fittings renewal (all fittings) for a length of 158.762 Kms. (Locations as per annexure)
Drilling holes of 16 mm to 32 mm dia. with Rail Drilling machine including chamfering with appropriate chamfering tools in all types of rail section with contractor's tools & plants, equipment, consumable with all lead & lift etc. complete, as directed by Engineer in-charge.
