Tender Description : Ahmedabad Lubes Territory caters to Lubricants Market of Ahmedabad district and surrounding 8 districts of North Gujarat viz Gandhinagar, Mehsana, banaskatha, Bhavnagar, botad, patan, sabarkantha & aravalli and is in operation from Territory Office based in Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad Territory caters to 285 + Retail Outlets, 6 PLD, 3 ILD, and 50 + direct customers having total annual target of 4.8 TMT of lubricants At present total Territory strength is 4 Nos. (1 TM Lubes, Manager Marketing, 2 Nos. Asst Mgr. Mktg marketing, majority of written communication and record keeping etc. is done centrally at Territory Office. Due to wide geographic span of the territory, there are numerous miscellaneous jobs which are to be done at the office, to assist and support field staff viz. 1. Filing /safe keeping of Documents received and outward communication 2. Courier and mail receipt and onward dispatch towards various internal communication 3. Territory SPA items distribution & inventory Monitoring/Register maintenance 4. Recording of Credit Note in Manual Register maintained in Territory office 5. Filing of POs and Payment advice received from direct customer. 6. Collate customer complaints & customers satisfaction survey data 7. Maintenance of records of BG & Credit Evaluation 8. Maintaining Customer wise file for direct customers for future reference and reconciliations. 9. Scanning /Photocopying documents and filing 10. Other miscellaneous jobs from time to time We therefore require above services from the tenderer. The tenderer have to submit their best offer for the above service. The rates quoted should be basic rate (inclusive of all expenses) + applicable taxes extra with break-up. Rates should be quoted both in WORDS and FIGURES.
