BOQ Item Description: Material and labour for point wiring with 1 point 50 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade ISI marked PVC conduit PVC casing caping not less than 20mm dia with accessories concealed on wall ceiling oblique casing and caping and including provision of 1 point 50 sqmm single core PVC insulated comma unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs including modular metal flush box made out of 1 point 6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS 5139 pt 1 of 1969 and IS 14772 to 2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of modular white cover plate cover sunken box for housing the swithces socket outlets fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass wahers and making good the distrubed surfaces as per existing for one light fan point controlled by one switch Note switch comma socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for searately PVC conduit confirming to IS 9537 part I and III
