Manufacturing & supplying Road sign board for manned level crossing in size of 900 mm Equilateral triangle made out of 2 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet confirming to IS:736, with back support of 25x25x3 mm M.S Angle having clits and holes of size 12 mm dia drilled for fixing with bolt & nuts of 10 mm dia (but without bolt &nut)The entire surface of front side sign board shall be covered with white high intensity grade reto reflective encapsulated lens type sheeting having 7 year durability & as per RDSO specification. The Red border 70 mm wide is of Transparent red overlay film black symbol for LC in white background . The back side of sign plate indicating frame shall be painted with non peel able weather proof one coat of zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of grey stove enamel to IS Shade No. 630 French grey design.Retro reflective quality & other specification is required as per enclosed RDSO specification May-2011. RDSO specification May-2011 is enclosed. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
