Description : As per RDSO Lr No:96/Track.II/22/2/1 dt. 11.01.2005, PSC sleepers of any special design can be procured only from RDSO approved plant for production of PSC line sleepers or Turnout sleepers sets or both. If the orders for procurement of PSC turnout sleepers sets is however, placed on any plant approved only for PSC line sleepers, then the firm has to approach ED/QA/RDSO for the inspection of its infrastructural facilities. The first 10 turnout sleeper sets will be inspected by RDSO and after clearance of RDSO further sets will be inspected by zonal Railway.
