Maintenance of gardens of IRICEN at Koregaon Park & SSTW near Pune Railway Station premises. This includes daily sweeping of garden area for fallen leaves/flowers and other produce of plants and disposing of the same at a nominated place/ vermiculture plant, mowing the grassy lawns of all types compulsorily by mowing machine, watering all the plants/grassy lawns/potted plants, weeding, cleaning of the flower/ ornamental plant bed area and potted plants, changing of potted plants from one location to another for renewal/treatment/change of condition/rotation etc., planting new trees/saplings in ground or in pots, loosening of top soil, addition of soil and manure, trimming, pruning, dressing (does not include the large trees) etc. to keep plants in desired shape and size, daily operation and routine cleaning of fountains, scheduled and need based spraying of insecticides, fungicides and making up of flower beds (does not include the special works and new additions).
