Instructions/Remarks: TENDER COST IS HEREBY WAIVEDIN CASE OF CATEGORY II ITEMS OF RDSO VENDOR LIST, INSPECTION WILL BE BY RDSO 1 Rate to be quoted for FORdestination. While quoting on FOR station of despatch, freight charges to be specified. 2 Responses lesser to 50 percent of the tendered quantity will be considered as non-responsive and ignored summarily. Please refer para 15.0 of instructions to E tenderers. 3 Railway reserves the right to split quantity on more than one firm as per extantprocedures. 4 Delivery period more than three months are likely to be passed over. 5 Time preference order will be placed for earlier delivery 6 Payment terms: as per 15.0 ofinstructions to E tenderers of Tender conditions 7 NSIC firms please see condition No.2.1 in instruction of E Tenderers for attaching NSIC certificate. 8 Eligibility criteria : a Thetenderers must have supplied the same/similar items to Southern Railway/any Zonal Railway/PUs and documentary evidence like PO/R.Note/IC must be furnished along withthe offer as evidence of execution os such POs. Tenderers with past performance will be considered for placement of bulk/regular quantity order. b In absence of pastperformance as mentioned above, the offer may be considered for placement of developmental orders not exceeding 20 percent of procurable quantity based on thecredentials. The tenderers who have no past performance as above, must submit along with their quotation credential details like M and P, technical manpower, NSIC/MSMEcertificate, past experience with other Railways if nay, etc. in terms of para 2.6 of special condition of E tender 9 Firm with MSME/NSIC certificate for subject item arerequested to upload it for eligibility towards purchase preference 10 No back reference will be made in this regard 11 Minimum tender cost is Rs.500/- TENDER COST ISHEREBY WAIVED
