The Form to be printed in Hindi & English bilingual in single color both sides as per specim en. Binding: To be supplied in the bundle of 1000 Forms each. The art work for printing and sample co mplete in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. Packing- To be packe d in suitable size corrugated carton boxes of 05 ply, containing 04 bundles each of 1000 forms.
