Item Description: Supplying, Providing, Laying and Fixing of Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (GCCM) should have the following in-service performance properties and having minimum testing values mentioned 1. GCCM Classification as per ASTM D8364 GCCM specification assure the quality parameters of GCCMs in three types to comply against different erosion control applications. 2. Minimum Thickness as per ASTM D5199 must greater than 4.5 mm (Thickness of GCCM must be same before and after curing to ensure the finished lining of product) 3. Initial Flexural Strength (cured 24 hrs) ASTM D8058 should be greater than 3.5 MPa (1st crack in cementitious material) Initial Flexural strength is measure of tensile strength. It provides great connect with soil and absorbs ground movement behaviour that allow it to stretch up to 5percentage of its original size i.e., 50 mm per 1 m width. Also, it gives plastic bucket failure mode to product. 4. Compressive Strength (cured 28 days) as per ASTM D8329 should be greater than 40 Mpa (Compressive Strength gives weight carrying which must meet capacity up to 40 metric tonnes per square meter area for type I GCCMs and important to sustain high loads for long-term durability). 5.
