Description: Reserve Price mentioned is per Round Trip for 15 Parcel Vans of 23 tonnes each (VPH) +one Brakevan(2 SLR compartments of 4 tonnes each). The Bidder should quote Round Trip Rate (Unit Rate). Actual Number of trips will be calculated manually on bi-monthly basis for six years. Total actual minimum trips will be 144 Round Trips during the contract period of Six Years. Tentative Weekdays allowed-Wednesday.Day of service will be finalized after awarding of tender. The amount shown is calculated for 313 trips but actual number of trips is 144 and escalation clause available from 4th year of contract. Hence amount of Rs.695406811.00/- calculated for 313 trips is indicative. Capacity: 353 tonnes per trip(VPH) for first six months and 468 tonnes per trip(VPH) after six months.
