INSPECTION BY RITES. 2.Firms shall quote as per PVC attached as annexure-I 3. Bill paying officer is FAandCAO/WCR/JBP. 4. This is an item controlled by RDSO andRailway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from RDSO approved sources. The status of firm shall be reckoned as on date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless changed because of downgrading/removal/ suspension/banning. 5. Railway reserves the right to place the orders for part quantity on more than one source and also totake delivery in installment. 6. The offer shall be kept valid for acceptance for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of opening of the tender. In case the tendererstipulates validity period of less then 90 days, the offer may be treated as unresponsive and liable to be ignored. 7. Firm should quote taxes and excise duly clearly, failingwhich it will be presumed that same are included in rates and will be paid by firm. 8. Firm should note that amount of charges related to forwarding, freight etc. are consideredwich are mentioned in financil bid. Charges mentioned at different location other than financial bid are not considerable and to be treated as nil. 9. Offers with Delivery at otherthan specified location in tender schedule may be considered as unresponsive and may be ignored for the specified location. Hence, Tenderer should quote for delivery atspecified location only. Offer for delivery at other transit location may not be considered. 10. Other terms andconditions are as per Tender condition Annexure A and B alongwith amendments/modification if any, available on home page of COS/WCR under Documents/COS-WCR documents in the IREPS website. 11. IRS Conditions of contractwith latest amendment will be applicable.
