Intercar gangway mounting to Indian Railway's Drg.no.1 10113024100001, w/o item no.-4, Alt.no-R2. Mat. Spec.:- RDSO/2007/CG-05(REV-01) Warranty/Guarantee:-The manufacturer shall at his exp ense replace the Elastomer flange connection failing or proving unsatisfactory in service within a period of 60 Months after their delivery or date if fitment whichever is later, for failure attributed to defective/faulty design, defective material or poor workmanship. This warranty shall survive not withstanding the fact that the equipment may have been inspected. accepted and payment thereof made by the purchaser. For the replaced equipment, the period of 60months would commerce when the replaced equipment is commissi oned in service. The sole judge in this case would be purchaser.
