Tenders are invited for Installation Fabrication of new 105 m² V shape Polyhouse at KVK-Kukumseri, Lahaul & Spiti, Description 105 sqm V SHAPE POLYHOUSE (Even Span) :- Size: Area 105 m²(L=15 m and W=7m) and center height 4.5m Side height (2.5m), Span 2.5 m Frame structure: The structure should be made from galvanized steel square/round pipes (ISI marked) size 40mm x 40mm (foundation and vertical post) and 25mm/40mm roof arches and other posts Purling of 32 mm GI Pipes. IS class designated pipes to withstand wind loading of not less than 140-150 Km/ hour. The method of affixing the UV stabilized film to the frame should be strong enough to withstand similar wind velocities. The thickness of pipes should be greater than 2mm. Center Posts: 40 mm center posts should be provide along the length of greenhouse Buffer room with double door 2m x 2m Top roof cover with weld mesh wire 10 gage Poly film: The structures should be glazed with200 micron thickness, U.V. stabilized (anti fog. diffused and anti-dust) (Sheet shall be buried to minimum depth of 50 cm in the ground on the lower side to prevent migration of insect pest and seepage of water from outside etc) Fixing of cladding Materials: C type aluminum profile to fix shade net to the structure by means of self tapping screws. Weight of aluminum profile is 200-220 gm/meter. Self-drilling screw should be fixed on profile every 50 cm along the full length of the profile. Ventilations: The ventilation should be provided on two sides with roll over mechanism operated from ground for opening and closing of ventilations using 15 mm GI Pipe. The ventilation should start from 0.45 m from ground and height of ventilation should be 2.05 m along the two sides. The height of top ventilation should be 1m. All Two ventilation should be covered with UV Stabilized insect net of size 40 mesh. Shading: 50% Agro shading net, Green color UV stabilized on the below weld mesh, movable with manual rolling system should be provided. Foundations: Grouting of side poles in cement concrete 1:2:4 (45 x 45 x 60 cm) below ground level. Appropriate foundation depth (60 cm) to bear all pillars, R.C.C footings should be provided. Drip irrigation system: 1000 Ltr water tank, 1 hp pump dripper system, fogger system (brand netafim), fitting 16 mm lateral line and pvc 40 mm pipe disc filter rubber grommet including ventury system (for fertigation), motors/pumps should be fitted inside the polyhouse and covered for protection of water. Storage tank should be installed on raised concrete (brick) platform. (Height 30 cm)
