Expression of Interest are invited for India Industrial Decarbonization Roadmap to 2070. Publication Date: 01-Dec-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 15-Dec-2022 The objective of this assignment is to develop an industrial decarbonization roadmap for India to 2070 with technological solutions, policy frameworks, business models and financing schemes, as well as R&D needs in the short, medium and long term. The roadmap should focus on key energy-intensive and GHG emitting industrial sectors in India, proposing sector-specific and cross-cutting decarbonization technologies, policies, business and financing models, as well as R&D needs. The roadmap should propose actions for the short, medium, and long term (up to 2070), to progressively achieve Indias net zero target. The industrial sectors to be analyzed include iron and steel, cement, aluminum, pulp and paper, chemicals, and fertilizers. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
