Description : The Selected Organizations will be Required to Perform the Following Tasks on Behalf and on the Authority of the Mysore City Corporation in the Interest of Protecting the Health, Safety and Convenience of the Citizens and in Compliance with the Animal Birth Control Rules Issued by Government of India. I. Implement the Animal Birth Control Programme, which Involves Sterilizing Male and Female Stray Dogs and Also Take up Immunization of such Dogs. Ii. Euthanize the Stray Dogs, which are Sick, Fatally Injured and Rogue, by Putting them to Sleep in a Human Manner. Iii. Implement the above Work as Guidelines and Rules of the Animal Welfare Board of India and under Supervision of the Mysore City Corporation (Mcc) the Successful Applicants should be Registered or be Recognized by the Animal Welfare Board, Government of India. 2. in Case Mcc Cannot Provide the Required Land Kennel Facilities, the Organizations Selected will be Required to Arrange for the same Either on Ownership or Lease Basis. Applicants Making the above Arrangements on their own will be Given Preference. 3. the Successful Applicants will be Required to Arrange for other Facilities Like Operation Theaters, Post Operative Care, Dog Catching Vans, Dog Catchers Etc., 4. Payment will be Made through Government of India Funds /Mcc Funds as Per the Animal Welfare Board Guidelines/ Rules.
