Identification of defect and hotspot of 25kV AC Traction Installation using Thermo Vision Camera in Surat - Vadodara - Geratpur and Vadodara - Godhra section for a period of two years in Vadodara division..
The work must be carried out as per instructions of representative of railways taking all necessary safety precautions in account. The Checking and compilation of hotspot of OHE using Thermo vision camera by a skilled Engineer shall be carried out in line with Railway guidelines with its latest correction slips if any and as directed by Railway representative for Over Head Equipment as well as Power Supply Installation . The job shall cover checking and compilation of the images of terminal connectors, jumpers, splices and other joints if any in OHE and Power Supply Installation of entire section of electric traction in Vadodara division. The price shall cover foot by foot survey for recording the thermal image of all the component of traction installation . The price shall cover proper analysis of thermal image recorded of traction installation and submission of report Kilometer wise and Power Supply Installation located in that Kilometer. The two copies of report to be submitted to concerned SSE/TRD under whose section thermal imaging has been carried out. The format of report to be submitted to SSE/TRD will be decided by authorized representative of Sr DEE TRD. As the work has to be carried out by foot to foot survey of main line where heavy traffic flow is present hence all the safety of men and material during thermal imaging will be responsibility of contractor.
