Tenders Are Invited Serbia Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this consultancy is to provide support in the implementation of the EU Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/2321 in support of the South-Eastern and Eastern Europe Clearinghouse for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SEESAC) for theimplementation of the Regional Roadmap on combating illicit arms trafficking in the Western Balkans and in support of disarmament and arms control activities in South-East and East Europe. To contract an expert to contribute to the Needs assessment of capacities of Customs Authorities to counter trafficking of firearms of Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo*, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia for countering illicit arms possession and trafficking. Period of assignment/services: March 2024 December 2024 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
