FAO India- New Delhi is organizing a two-day workshop in Chennai. For this same, we are looking for a hotel to provide the accommodation and corporate meeting arrangements. Kindly share the proposal for below below-mentioned requirements at the earliest before 16th Nov 2023 on the same email ID. The whole event will be billed to the company: Board room: 21st Dec - For 12 pax Meeting room 22nd Dec- For 35-40 pax For 21st & 22nd Dec 2023 Meeting Requirements: 2 times tea/coffee & snacks, Lunch (veg-non veg) on both days On 21st Dec 2023: The board room with paraphernalia like a projector, screen, Laptop, Mike, Whiteboard, and marker.  On 22nd Dec 2023: The board room with paraphernalia like a projector, screens, Laptop, Whiteboard or flip chart with marker, mikes cordless hand mike, laptop, speaker, 2 standees, and 1 banner Accommodation: 20th Dec and 21st Dec check-in & 22nd or 23rd Dec check-out [12 pax for 20th Dec check-in, 25 pax for 21st Dec check-in (+/-3)]. Single occupancy rooms, with wifi, breakfast, and Dinner. Airport transferThe alternative dates to 21st and 22nd Dec will be 22nd and 23rd Dec 2023
