The supplier should have a local sales office and service centre of the principle company in indiapreferably in rajasthan. 2. Firm to enclose all write up, values, documents, handouts etc. as an attached document. 3. Technical requirement as per specification referred in thedescription. 4. Firm to offer item wise compliance /remarks to tech. spec. and the same to be enclosed along with offer as on attached document. 5. Firm to comply for varioustest plans, as envisaged in the technical specification. 6. Information as asked in para 15.5 of tech. spec. to be specified. 7. The supplier should ensure easy and regularavailability of accessories and other spare parts during codal life of the equipment.
