8/7/19: DFS hereby posts Addendum NO. 1 to revise Attachment 2, Statement of Work; Attachment B, Mandatory Criteria Certification Form; Attachment E, Evaluator Score Sheet; and Attachment F, Fingerprinting Site Locations and Volumes.**************************************************************************************************8/1/2019: The Department is still working to finalize the Questions and Answers document. The Department will extend the Response deadline to account for this delay and will post the revised due date via addendum when the Questions and Answers are posted to the Vendor Bid System.**************************************************************************************************The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for fingerprinting services.The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). Respondents interested in submitting a Response must comply with all of the terms and conditions described in this RFP. For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation please review the attached RFP in its entirety.
