The ARC India project on child labour being implemented by The International Labour Organization (ILO), New Delhi seeks to engage an experienced consultant with relevant expertise to finalize the draft Village Development Plans (VDPs) developed for two villages each belonging to Nawada and Jamui respectively in Bihar. The finalized documents will contain a dedicated module on elimination of child labour at the village level. The four draft VDPs were prepared through a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach involving the local stakeholders. These VDPs are already endorsed by the local Government in respect of data and information contained therein. The detailed term of reference is attached.
