Extraction Cartridges and other Reagents Required for Extraction should be Compatible with the Equipment Polymerized Chain Reaction Extraction System Qiasymphony Sp on Automation Mode. 4. Qiasymphony Sp Work on Magnetic Particle Technology, Hence the Extraction Kit should be Comprising of Reagent Cartridges with Magnetic ??A?A? Particles, Lysis Buffer with Appropriate Enzymes and Wash or Elute Buffer(Buffer Ave ). Besides this it should Include Carrier Rna and Diluent Buffer Separately for Diluting Carrier Rna. 5. the Cartridges should be with Piercing Lid and Kit should Include Reuse Seal Set for Reclosing Reagent Cartridges for Later Reuse. 6.
