EOI Submission DocumentsArtist represents and warrants to AAI that the art work is the original creation of the artist and is not in violation of any copyright, trademark or other similar laws and regulations. The artist shall indemnify and hold AAI harmless from and against any claims, damages, expenses and related liabilities relating to the breach of such warranty.The artist agrees to remove the art work from exhibit location by the established deadline. If the artist fails to pick up the art work within 90 days after written notice from AAI, then such art work shall become property of AAI and AAI shall have the unilateral right to dispose of the art work in manner as deemed fit. The artist understands and agrees that the acceptance of the art work and its display under the terms is a temporary permission granted for display of art work and will not constitute and/or confer any right on AAI for continual display of the art work. AAI reserves its right to alter and modify the above terms and conditions and issue such directions from time to time as are considered necessary by AAI. Further, AAI reserves its right to refuse/cancel the permission without assigning any reason whatsoever. Artist shall be responsible for all due diligence in connection with the publicity and promotion of Art Work at his/her cost.The EOI Application (one copy) containing particulars / information as per Annexures have to be submitted in Hard Copy in a sealed envelope only at following address by 22.02.2023 up to 1500 hours IST: -  O/o - Airport Manager,  V.S.S.
