Purpose of this Eoi is to Gauge Market Interest from Potential Companies/ Firms/ Business Organizations/ Individuals, that are Interested in Partnering with Vijayawada Division for Commercially Exploiting the Space Available (Approximately 2350 Sqm) at Re-Developed Nellore Railway Station. Potential Bidders are Advised to Study this Eoi Document Carefully before Submitting their Eoi Along with Financial Offers. Expression of Interest (Eoi) Received in Response to this Notice Shall be Utilized to Firm up Tender Specifications and Guage Market Interest in this Business Model before Calling for Open Tenders. Please Note - this is not a Tender- Eoi is Called only to Test the Potential of the Project.
