This NIEOI is to invite online offers through Expression of Interest (EOI) 5 from Start Up firms registered with Department of Promotion for Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India for registration as FuelEnt for engaging in the trade of High Speed Diesel (HSD) reselling through Mobile Dispensers. This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being released by HPCL seeking offers from Start Up firms for registration as FuelEnt for engaging in the trade of High Speed Diesel (HSD) reselling through Mobile Dispensers after loading from HPCL locations or Retail outlets. The sequence of process proposed to be followed to enter into Door Delivery of Diesel (DDD) business is broadly as follows- Approval of terms and conditions of Expression of Interest (EOI). Approval of release of EOI seeking offers from Start Up firms for registration as FuelEnt for engaging in the trade of High Speed Diesel (HSD) reselling through Mobile Dispensers.
