Conceptual engineering/analysis and design of permanent plug and abandonment of deepwater subsea development wells.
• Experience in past 10 years in carrying out conceptual engineering/analysis and design for permanent
P&A of deepwater subsea wells.
• Name & Location of the proposed bidding entity.
• Profile of the proposed bidding entity and the parent company, if any, including the following:
o Overall organization chart
o Details of office facilities available with the proposed bidding entity & location from where work is
intended to be carried out
• Resources available with the proposed bidding entity to carry out the SOW with CVs of Key Technical
personnel.
• Updated workload chart for the proposed location illustrating current commitments, future anticipated
workload and available capacity.
• Audited financial results (Balance Sheet) of the proposed bidding entity for the last five years and the
parent company, if any.
• Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Management System along with HSE track record for last 3 years.
• Quality Assurance System along with valid ISO 9001 certification of the proposed bidding entity and the
parent company (if any).
• Any other information considered relevant by the Contractor.
