Request for Proposal Basic information Requirement To empanel vendors and service providers for the FY 2023-24 Locations Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Last Date of Application 25th March 2023 About PHIA Foundation Partnering Hope into Action Foundation (PHIA) is a Charitable Trust registered in Delhi. It-s vision is a society free from poverty, exclusion and discrimination and all people live with justice, peace and dignity. PHIA works for the eradication of poverty among the poor, vulnerable and marginalised communities in India. It works in partnership with civil society and community-based organisations. PHIA facilitates the empowerment of poor, vulnerable and marginalised communities so that they can be incharge of their own development. Gender equality crosscuts all of PHIA-s work. PHIA Foundation interventions and programmes are present in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR. It works on both long-term development programmes and humanitarian response. The organisation follows a rights-based approach for inclusive and sustainable development. Evidence-based advocacy to improve policy implementation is integral to its approach. PHIA works in partnership with a variety of stakeholders that include Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), the private sector, multilateral and bilateral development agencies, philanthropy institutions and the Government institutions to bring capabilities and capacities together to find scalable solutions to address poverty, and promote social justice, equity and dignity. About the requirement PHIA Foundation, is seeking to empanel various vendor to meet the day-to-day project related procurement of Goods and Services. The details of requirements and locations are shared below. Stationery and office supplies provider Papers, Files, Folders, Stationeries, Printer Cartage etc. Printing service provider Printing and supply of Flex, Banner, Vinyl Board, Glow sign board, Sun Board etc., Printing of Letterhead, Envelop, Documents Folder, Booklet, Register, brochure, Pamphlet, Diary, Notebook, ID Card, Visiting Card, bulk photocopies of A4 formats. Hotels Single & Double occupancy accommodation Dormitory Facility for accommodation of participants of the training, meetings. Training and Meeting Venue Conferences Hall for training, meeting, workshop etc. Hire Projector and Sound Mic etc. for events Projector, Sound system and Mic etc for event. Food, High Tea, and Water supplier/Caterer. Food and beverage supply during training, meeting etc, and supplies of Foods packet. Tent House Services Tent, Chair, Table etc. services for block level events Taxi, Bus, Tempo Traveller, Pickup Van etc. service provider. for Local and outstation travel, please quote the rate per KM as well and per day and fuel both. Night stay charge, Food allowance for Driver etc. Stationery for School supplies Black board, Note book, duster, paper cover, craft material etc. Agriculture Tool Suppliers Hand Sickle, Shovel & Spade, Axe, Pickaxe, Hoe, cono weeder, dry land weeder etc. Horticulture & Agriculture Input Suppliers Paddy Seeds, Vegetable Seeds, Lentil Seed and other agriculture input products, Fruit bearing species, Wall painting Services All type of wall painting in schools, public place & Govt. office Fire Safety Services To provide Fire extinguisher, refile fire extinguisher, provide other fire safety devices. Event Management agencies To provide the event management service for seminar, convention, workshop, conference etc. Annual Maintenance Services. Repair and Maintenance of office equipment like Printer, Desktop, Laptop, LAN, other IT related services etc. Training Facilitators Training Facilitators are required as and when basis with the area of expertise in Health & Nutrition, Gender Issues, Forest Right Act, 2016 in context of Jharkhand, Livelihood (Farm and non-farm), Climate change mitigation, PRI & GPDP Planning, Local Democracy- strengthening local selfgovernance, Vth Schedule/PESA, 1996, Research studies, assessment and review, baseline-endline assessment.
