Repair, maintenance and servicing of 30 mtrs High Mast Tower with work details as follows (including) : (i) Dismantling and lowering of light fittings and depositing in concern depot store for safe custody. (ii) Dismantling and lowering of 30 mtrs High Mast Tower from foundation for repairs without damaging the tower for repair including charges of hiring of hydraulic crane.The charges of hiring the hydraulic crane will be paid by contractor. (iii) Repair/maintenance and servicing of double-drum winch gear and motor of capacity 2HP for smooth function of lowering/lifting and fitting up to the height of 30 mtrs. (iv) Erection, commissioning and testing of dimantled High Mast Tower on existing foundation including fixing of diamantled 200 watt LED fittings including charges of hiring the hydraulic crane as a complete job. (v) Replacement of stainless steel wire rope of same size, load bearing capacity 2350 Kg, 7/19, AISI 316 of suitable breaking load of 30 mtrs High Mast Tower. (vi) Replacement of cable 5 core, 4 sq mm copper flexible cable, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed complete length required for 30 meter high mast tower. (vii) Greasing, gear oil, balancing & testing of complete High Mast Tower without any damage.
