Item Description: Preparation of architectural design plan elevations sections of complete plan and schematic diagram of ETP and drawings for hospital with following details Lab report of raw to analyse the type of treatment plant to be provided Raw effluent samples will be taken form more than 10 samples and combinedly arrive at single effluent characteristics Hydraulic design of all units from equalization tank to last unit collection tank must be provided All construction shall be MS FRP if proposed by consultant and approval by dept Contractor shall design the schemes considering the parameters of treated water as approved EinCs policy listed in Appendix A and B and as requirement of usage by the station concern Separate rate analysis of MS FRP drgs if proposed by consultant and approval by dept Architectural and Structural and process flow to be taken from three different vendors Contractor shall freeze the capacity of ETP before moving further to design the entire plan flow sizes of tanks Distribution from treated water tank to various locations to be detailed marked Plant design should be such that BOD of treated water should be less than 10ppm after tertiary treatment where human touch involved Separate plan for using treated water to be designed The structural design shall be carried by the consultant using latest software STAAD Pro. Consultant shall submit 03 Preliminary structural design drgs along with staad pro modal in soft copy and discuss with to settle all the observation quarries with GE P Gangtok Analysis and design of structure shall be as per IS 456 2000 IS 1893 2016 with latest revision with loading in accordance of IS 875 and IS 1893 The seismic provision shall be incorporated for Zone IV and shall be Vetted for IIT NIT Govt Engineering College Consultant will provide various proposals with technology option for Effluent Treatment Scheme for the Hospital with cost benefit analysis to select most efficient option
