BOQ Item Description: Carrying out the works covered under DSR Delhi Schedule Rates 2022 for DSR Works related to fire alarm fire fighting sprinkler system as required of total value upto Rs 100000 One Lakh Only .
The payment of DSR items shall be released on the basis of perctange above below quoted on Rs 100000
NOTE Guiidline for quoting percentage rate for the bidder.
i. The bidder has to quote the rates in the rates column aganist the works of Rs.100000 of DSR 2022and same shall be converted into percentage above or below on the latest considering the rates of DSR 2022 as base rates.
ii. For Example if bidder quotes Rs. 90000 in rates column then same shall be converted into percentage of latest DSR as under 100000 - 90000 100000 i.e. 10 percent below on DSR 2022 and accordingly payment shall be made by applying the pecentage i.e. 10percent below on latest DSR rates for items covered in DSR 2022.
