Dry Silica Sand for Locomotive with Specification - Clean Silica Sand, Free from Clay, Loams, Mica and other Foreign Material as Per Rdso Specification No. M-916-51 (Revised 1994), Main Fraction Grain Size (2 Mm to 600 Microns Size) Must be more than 40 Percentage, 600 Microns to 300 Microns should be 40 Percentage to 50 Percentage, 300 Microns to 180 Microns should be 10 - 20 Percentage and below 180 Microns should be not more than 05 Percentage, Duly Sieved, Dried and Packed in Clean Good Quality Nylon Gunny Bag of Size 19 Inch X 15 Inch, (Weighing 25 Gm Per Bag) with Polythene Lamination (Of Thickness not Less than 25 Microns) Containing 10 Kg Sand and Properly Sealed to Avoid Water Entry and should be no Leakage of Sand through Stitching Hole.
