NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONPursuant to section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, concerning the above referenced Invitation to Bid (ITB), the Department of Health (DOH) hereby provides notice of the following:1. DOH withdraws its intended award to Cintas Corporation.2. DOH cancels the ITB.3. DOH intends to re-procure the intended services.DOH has determined that it is in the best interest of the State to take the above actions.Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.Protests concerning this agency decision must be timely filed with the Agency Clerk as listed in the solicitation.
