Auction Detail: जवाहरलाल नेहरु पत्तन प्राधिकरण (JAWAHARLAL NEHRU PORT AUTHORITY) मुख्य भण्डार (MAIN STORES) Sub: Disposal of 03 Nos. of the Fire Tenders at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority, Navi Mumbai. 1) Bidders will not be permitted to participate in the auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). 2) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be deposited through GeM Portal online. 3) EMD will be forfeited, if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from tender in any respect within the period of validity of the Tender/Auction. 4) Successful Bidder shall pay GeM Transaction charges to GeM online before downloading intimation Letter on GeM Portal. 5) Successful Bidder shall make Balance Payment of the Auction i.e. (Total Value of the material-EMD paid amount) to JAWAHARAL NEHRU PORT AUTHORITY, in the JNPA SBI Bank Account No. 10072950169, IFSC Code: SBIN0007491, MICR Code: 400002122 and a copy of the NEFT or any type of transaction details must be sent by mail to the Auctioneer. 6) Instructions for all Bidders: The Buyer/ Bidders shall ensure that they have all the required authorizations, licenses, registration certificates etc. from the concerned departments and are in compliance with all the Statutory or State/ Central Govt. Act/Law/Order/ Rules in order to purchase and dispatch/dispose-off the goods/materials. Such authorizations, licenses, registration certificates etc. shall be kept valid by the Buyer/Bidder for the entire period of the contract, if awarded to them. It shall be the responsibility of the Buyer/Successful Bidder to purchase and dispatch/dispose-off the goods/materials as per the applicable laws/regulations and no liability in this regard shall be attached to the Seller/Auctioneer. 7) Bidders who wish to participate in this tender/auction must be registered under GST. 8) Inspection of Materials: Inspection of Material is permitted between 10.30 to 16.00 hrs. on Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and Government Holidays) ...
